Store Requirements

Prototype: 20,000 - 25,000 square feet.

Population 25,000 within 5 minute drive.

Demised space to include:

·         All utilities, electric, gas, and water to be separately metered.

·         ADA accessible restrooms.

·         Fire sprinklered space in full compliance with local code.

·         Minimum 12' ceiling height.

·         HVAC sufficient to cool at one ton per 350 square feet.

·         Smooth floor surface ready for VCT.

·         Rear access with 4' x 7' hollow metal door.
