One Card FAQ

Q.  Who should sign up for the One Card program?

    A.  All customers should be enrolled in the program if they are over the age of 13.  Benefits of the One Card will only be available to members.

Q.  What benefit is it to sign up for the Beall’s Outlet Credit Card?

    A.  This will be the only card you need to receive Monday and Friday Club discounts and earn loyalty rewards.  When you use your Outlet credit card

    for purchases, you will earn reward points at twice the rate of other members and receive special offers and benefits that will only go to card holders.

Q. Can I get the Monday or Friday club discounts without enrolling in the One Card program?

    A. No.  The One Card is the vehicle for our customers to take advantage of all of our discount programs.  In order to receive the discount, you need

    to  enroll in the One Card program.

Q. Do I have to give my birth date?

    A. Without the birth year you will not be able to take advantage of the Monday or Friday club discounts.  You will earn loyalty reward points if you

    are enrolled in the One Card program without your birth year.

Q.  Why do we need a phone number?

    A. The phone number is needed to look up the account information in store if you don’t have your card.  The phone number is also used to access the

    on-line member page. The number will not be used for marketing and will not be shared with any 3rd party.

Q.  Why do I have to fill out an application if we are entering information at the register?

    A. Only phone number and birth date are entered initially.  We need your name, address, email, etc. which cannot be entered at the register and will be

    entered at a later time. We will only use this information to send Beall’s Outlet introductions, special events etc.

Q.  What if I do not have time to complete the application?

    A.  Sales associate will enter the phone number and birth date at the store to get started.  Take the application and return it on your next visit or

    visit outletonecard.com to update your personal information.

Q.  How will I know how many points I have?

    A.  The receipt will show the point balance.  You can also view you account on-line at www.outletonecard.com then click the Member reward

    information link.

Q.  How will I know if I  have earned a reward?

    A.  A separate reward receipt will print at the end of the transaction showing the reward amount.  The receipt needs to be returned for redemption on your

    next purchase.

Q.  Can a reward be used more than once?

    A.  No.  The reward number is unique and the system will only allow it to be used once.  It can also only be used by the member who earned the reward.

Q.  When do I have to use the reward?

    A.  The reward is good the next day and expires 60 days after the issue date.

Q.  Will points be reduced from my account because of a return?

    A.  Yes, points will be reduced for returns.

Q. Can I review my account on-line?

    A. Sign in to our member site at www.outletonecard.com/rewardsignin to review and update your member information and track your points.
